Coach - Edit availability

Edit availability page gives you an calendar view. Calendar displays today with yellow color.

As a coach, you are able to enter availability for today and for the dates in future.

Edit availability for selected date

In order to enter availability for each date click on the tile.

Dialog with option to enter availability will be opened.

In this case we're entering availability for the discovery call. The default system length for the discovery call is set to 60 minutes. As a user you don't need to bother splitting the availability in 60 minutes, rather you can simply enter the from and to times and the system will automatically split time into 60 minute time slots.

In this case the coach entered availability from 08:00 to 16:00 and clicked Save.

Dates that have availability filled in will be presented with the blue bars.

Delete availability

In order to remove availability for any date, select the date and click on trash icon.

Click on save tu submit.

The client view

The client will see that the coach is available for that date. The time coach entered will be split to the 1 hour long available spots. The client has an option to choose time and to submit and request a call with the coach.
