Understanding the SPARK Flow

One SPARK package consists of three or more 1 on 1 calls with. It is designed to follow a unique flow designed by the SPARK.

  1. Discovery call -> 2. Session call -> 3. Follow up call

First step in the flow is the Discovery call. The client can use this call to get to know the coach before scheduling the session call. Clients can have more than one discovery call as part of one package if they did not manage to connect with the coach on the first discovery call.

System automatically recognises that the discovery call took place, and next time the clients go to the booking page of the coach it will present them the option to book a second type of call- the session call.

Same logic applies to the Follow-Up call
